The reform policies discussed in the webinar are intended to be documented and implemented with changes to Chapter 6 of the Caltrans Local Assistance Program Guidelines (LAPG). Pages 18-26 of the June meeting packet include draft changes to the LAPG that will be discussed during the meeting and then finalized in August.
